Welcome to The Reserve Forces and Cadets Association for Northern IrelandThe RFCA NI is a regional civilian body comprising voluntary members and a small full-time secretariat. Along with other RFCAs it has been established by statute to offer advice and support to the Defence Council on behalf of the Reserve Forces and Cadet movement.
Northern Ireland reservists and cadets have been honoured at a formal ceremony at Hillsborough Castle, receiving some of the highest accolades that can be conferred on members of the Reserve Forces and the Cadet movement.
A full time vacancy with an immediate start has arisen for a permanent Crown Servant position (Grade C2) in the role of the Regional Employer Engagement Director (REED), based at the Reserve Forces & Cadets Association for Northern Ireland (RFCA NI),
