The RFCA for NI manages the Volunteer Estate across Northern Ireland, providing a complete service to the customers that both occupy and administer the 51 individual locations. We also administer six buildings on our estate which belong to other government agencies.

The locations include 1 RNR Ship, HMS HIBERNIA, 16 Army Reserve Centres, 2 ACF Cadet Headquarters, 2 Cadet Weekend Training Centres, 8 ATC Huts, the Volunteer Gliding School at Newtownards and the Regional Training Centre. Some of our buildings are also available to hire.

The estate ranges in style and size from converted Victorian residences through to small Cadet timber buildings from sites of tens of square metres up to 6,000 square metres.

We provide a complete maintenance and management service ranging from lease negotiations and assessments to a full health and safety compliance audit of these assets based around the requirements of Joint Service Publications and current legislation.
